Carmel is from Monton in Eccles, she looks after children with Bill, her husband, who is a former Greater Manchester Police Officer. She has been quoted saying “Every day is a different day- every child is an individual, and you never know what tomorrow will bring. You have to care for their individual needs”.
Carmel it all started when she was a new mum she thought it might be a good idea to ask about fostering as she seen a poster advertising the fostering service when she was pushing her baby through Eccles Town Centre.
