David Cameron has been warned that he will not be able to “Dismantle” the European Union (EU) in the course of re-negotiation of Britain’s membership terms.

David Cameron whom is the Prime Minister of Britain was continuing his drive to build support for the renegotiation plans which he did in a series of bilateral talks with fellow EU leaders, which was all done during a Europe-Latin America Summit, the summit was held in Brussels. During this summit it has been reportedly published that he has been warned by Charles Michel – The Belgian Prime Minister – that his country had a series of “red line” issues which included free movement of labour, this means Belgium would not compromise.

Mr Charles Michel has been quoted as describing their discussion talks as “open and frank” and has said he could not rule out the prospect that this re-negotiation would end with Britain voting to leave the EU if David Cameron’s promised referendum. Downing Street has identified that there will be many different views during the course of various meetings.

During the course of the two days Brussels Summit, Mr Cameron met with the Spanish counterpart, Mariano Rajoy, and other counterparts such as Finland’s Juha Sipila and Romanian President Klaus Iohannis.
