This is a little blog about myself and bodybuilding.

I started training when I was 16 Here is a 5 month transformation of me! Anyone can achieve great things if they put in the work and passion into it.

When I started training I didn’t know much about diet but This is a trick I learnt from lee labrada and it is basically splitting up your meal into 3 different parts! Protein, carbs and salad or fruits or veg. if you use this method to eat then you definitely can’t go wrong in your diet, here is an example.
