foot after My new shoes give me blisters – solution
I have recently bought a new pair of shoes, and they gave me blisters when I was wearing them during the first week. I put a plaster on to prevent this of happening again, and it still continued to rub and another blister appeared.
To prevent this from happening, you will need to get a load of paper or cardboard and draw the insole of your shoe. Then you cut out around the insole and take out the insole from your shoe and place the paper there. Finally place the original insole back into the shoe. This will prevent any more blister and pain when walking in your new shoes.
