Health is very import because when people go to gym it’s not all about lifting big weights you will have to have go health as well to do it and not get tired straight away at the gym. You also will have to eat right amount of food and can’t be fatty food every time you will have to have a limited. Because some people could just eat fatty food and say there healthy and they go gym.   Blog Title 1: Machines Blog Story 1: At the there are different types of machines in the gym and you will be able to use anything but you will have to make sure it working on your body or there’s no point going on the machines if you and not getting tired or not feeling any pain that means nothing is happening you are just waiting your time. When you do the work out on the machines you will have to make sure it is set what you want.
