The best way to build your body is to keep healthy and exercising daily. I keep training on regularly and i have seen a big result 3 month after i started this training course.

step 1: Run on treadmill for 10 minute

step 2: Do 30×3 crunches

step 3: Do 30×3 push-ups

step 4: Start the weight
